Saturday Senior Reserves

Saturday senior Reserves were beaten for the second week running at Ainsdale Club.
I what was a game of two halves S & A had trouble before a ball was kicked as the manager had to make changes just before the kick off due to very late 'pull outs'. The first half started very badly as they conceded two very soft goals within the first 10 mins.
They created nothing in the first half of any note and had to make whole sale changes at half time in a bid to get back into the game. Three defenders were sacrificed in a bid to get back in the game.
HT : 0-2
With a bold attacking formation it 'paints a picture' when the home goalkeeper didn't touch the ball for the opening 20 mins of the half.
S & A played on the front foot but their only reward was another goal from striker Peter Moretti on 73 mins. Again S & A pushed on but some very erratic finishing told the story as they just could score the equaliser their share of play probably deserved.
Player of the Match went to Luca Intonazzo for a committed battling performance in the middle of the park.
