Adam Keating is on fire with back to back 'Hat-Tricks' as reds stay top.
S&A U14's played in the interclub derby this weekend. With only half the squad available prior to this fixture for training some changes were made with team selection. The versatile Harvey Thompson started on the left side of a front 3. Zayn Rodrigues Ayubo made his second consecutive start in the heart of midfield. A very flat first half saw the introduction of Luca Bailey from the bench who within minutes slotted home with a lovely assist from captain Lucas Charnock. Second half was much better with Adam Keating netting his third hat- trick of the season and this trio of goals gave him back to back hat-tricks. Torren Butters - McNaught made his third appearance of the season. Working tirelessly with enthusiasm and energy he eventually got his rewards with a goal assisted by Luca Bailey. A clean sheet and some really positive performances. Most notably Harry Markland at right back. He retained the ball really well and kept the team in possession. Lewis Handley - Walsh gets a mention also showing his quality all game. Picking the ball up in the half spaces he was a constant threat. Man of match goes to Adam Keating again . From minute one he was focused on the game, worked tirelessly and showed desire all game. The fierce strike from distance over the keepers head was the pick of the bunch assisted by Harrison Coates. Well done Adam Chris Greenwood (Manager)
