S&A U14's reds hosted Greenloons this weekend.
Taking a squad of 16 the bench looked strong with many options for players to come on and influence the game as and when necessary.
Playing a 4-4-2 Harvey Thompson got the nod on the left side of midfield this week ahead of the consistent Matthew Cosgrove.
Charlie love replaced the prolific Luca Bailey up front alongside Adam Keating after a quality performance at training Thursday prior.
This decision was justified after two quick well taken goals within 14 mins.
Moments later S&A found themselves 3-0 to the good after an unfortunate headed own goal .
Just before half time Luca Bailey added to his seasons tally assisted by Dan Nuttall with a tidy finish.
Moments later Lucas Charnock slotted home from a Luca Bailey assist.
HT 5-0.
Second half we asked for better decision making and more purpose in our play.
With lots of changes during the game S&A continued to get forward and after 3 mins Lewis Handley - Walsh delivered a nice assist for Luca Bailey to grab his second of the game.
7 mins later another assist from the excellent Lewis Handley- Walsh for Harvey Thompson to fire home from distance.
Minutes later Lucas Charnock grabbed his second of the day assisted by the ever present Harley Clough.
Shortly after Luca Bailey grabbed his hat - trick after a fine display assisted by Lucas Charnock.
The latter stages of the game saw Lewis Handley - Walsh grab two nice goals assisted by Harvey Thompson and Lucas Charnock respectively.
